The rotary press system produces disk brake pads from powder material to a cured product in one table rotation. There are five processing stations located around the table. Each station performs the following functions:

• Filling, leveling and pre-pressing of friction material
• Filling, leveling of backing material
• Placement of steel backing plate
• Press and heat cure
• Part eject and placement
