8 - CAVITY PRESS

The multi-cavity press produce cured blocks from powder material to cured parts. The blocks are oriented horizontally. Multiple parts can be produced in one machine cycle. This press system consists of two stations:

• Filling stations
• Press and heat cure

The mold has multiple cavities. A shuttle rack, with the same lay-out as the mold, transfer weighed material to the press unit where the powder will be pressed and heat cured.
