BOOK PRESS
The Book press produce cured blocks from powder material to cured parts. The blocks are oriented vertical. Multiple parts can be produced in one machine cycle. This press system consists of three stations:
A shuttle rack, with the same lay-out as the mold, transfer weighed material from the weighing unit to the leveling unit. After dumping the material into the book mold, a leveling device will come down and level out the material inside the mold. The book mold will then be transferred into the press for tonnage and heat cure.
