75-TON STANDARD PREFORM PRESS

The Preform press was designed to automatically weigh and preshape loose brake material into an accurately weighed and dimensionally stable "preform" for easy handling. The result creates less dust and material separation than conventional models. The 75 Ton Preform Press comes with an optional stacker.

Features:

Screw type feeding system allows fast and accurate weighing without material separation
Precision load cell allows accurate weighing to +/- .004 lbs. (+/- 2 grams), depending upon material characteristics;
Hardened ejector block and slide plate for long life
Quiet running
Extensive use of cartridge valves to provide fast cycle time and long life
A generously sized oil reservoir to allow for a cooler running machine;
Fast cycle time of 7 parts per minute (depends on material characteristics)
