75-TON DUAL LAYER PREFORM PRESS (IH style)
An advanced concept in preform press design. Similar in features
to the Dual Layer Preform Press, the
IH style Dual Layer Preform Press integrates the hydraulic unit,
hopper, press, and stacker unit into one compact unit. In addition,
a reject station has been incorporated between the press unit
and the stacker unit.
The reject station weighs the fresh preform from the press, and
automatically ejects the parts that are out of specification.
Since the reject station is in line and synchronized with the
rest of the process, production rates will not be affected. A
sliding control panel allows easy access for the operator/maintenance
personnel. The process is identical to the standard dual layer
preform press.
