ROTARY PRESS (INT. SYS.)

The Rotary press system produce disc brake pads from powder material to a cured product in one table rotation. The heart of the system consists of a servo driven rotary table where the molds are located. Five processing stations located around the table. Each station perform the following functions:

• Filling, leveling and pre-pressing of friction material
• Filling, leveling of backing material
• Placement of steel backing plate
• Press and heat cure
• Part eject and placement
