SLOTTER/CHAMFER
The slotter/chamfer machine is designed to center slot as well
as side slot brake shoes up to 11" (279.4mm) in length. The side
slot maximum distance is 2" (50.8mm) from center. The chamfer
section will cut up to a 2" (50.8mm) chamfer at ± 15° . The slotter
and chamfer may be used independently, if the chamfer is
cutting a compound angle. The conveyor speed can be easily adjusted
for finer cuts or greater production speeds.
