AUTOMATIC WEIGHT STATION
The automatic weigh station is designed to automatically weigh
and fill cups with brake material ready for production.
The weigh station consists of a continuous running loop-back
conveyor where the operator can load and unload cups at the same
position. Automatic loading is optional. Four weighing heads work
simultaneously to achieve a high production rate of 80 cups per
minute. Inexpensive plastic cups (diameter 2 1/2"- 3 1/2") can
be used.
