This 75 Ton Dual Layer Preformer is a four-post down-acting press designed specifically to pre-shape loose material (friction and backing) into an accurate weight and easily handled "preform" creating less dust and material separation than conventional models. This system is also designed to work automatically without supervision with the exception of an operator periodically removing the preforms. This operation can also be performed by means of a conveyor system.
