This Grinder / Slotter machine is designed to replace the two single operation machines needed to slot and grind brake pads. Any of the two functions maybe performed independently of the other operation.
Standard Features
This grinder/slotter machine is equipped with a variable-speed conveyor. The conveyor speed is adjustable for finer cuts or greater production speeds.
The grinder/slotter machine is semi-automatic. An operator must place the parts on the fixtures in the correct orientation. The fixtures are attached to a chain conveyor that will carry the parts through the cutting zones. The part will then drop out of the fixture into a customer supplied basket or conveyor.
